Cathy Sundvall serves as a consultant, trainer and lecturer for orthodontic practice enhancement. For over 34 years, Cathy has immersed herself in techniques, systems and methods to improve the performance of orthodontic practices and their teams. Over the years, Cathy has worked in all practice positions giving her valuable insight, experience and knowledge to assist orthodontic teams to increase practice organization, efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of patient customer service, clinical techniques, practice management, office operations, practice marketing, new patient processes, practice leadership and team building.

Cathy brings practices a wealth of hands-on, practical experience and knowledge of managing an orthodontic practice to assist her in analyzing practice needs, targeting specific areas to produce results and build enthusiasm within the team. Cathy's clinical experience and understanding of treatment mechanics and procedures enables her to balance the specific needs of chairside assistants, patients, Doctors and staff, creating a proactive environment conducive to patient satisfaction and team empowerment!

Cathy's background as a Treatment Coordinator enables her to offer invaluable patient education and motivation tips that help staff make the positive changes necessary for treatment acceptance. Cathy's passion is sharing her knowledge through in-office trainings, lectures, published articles and development of training tools.
