Georgia Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery (GSDDS)
The Georgia Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, established in May 1958, is a statewide association, with a current membership of over 200 physicians, that strives to enhance the quality of human life by supporting an environment in which dermatologists can provide the highest quality of care.
Mission:
The Georgia Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery shall promote the practice of quality medical and surgical dermatology, as well as dermatopathology, by supporting a collegial environment in which the dermatologists, dermatologic surgeons and dermatopathologists throughout the state of Georgia shall interact to:
• Further education
• Promote skin health and patient access to quality care, and
• Organize politically to ensure that the highest quality of dermatologic care remains available in their state and in their country.
