Dr Engy online course, The Healthcare Quality Certification
The Healthcare Quality Certification
My name is Engy Abdel Raouf. I am a Freelance Healthcare Quality Specialist and Trainer. After graduating from Faculty of Pharmacy, Ain Shams University in 2002, I worked at The National Research Center for three years and then decided to shift my career. My aim was -and still is- to better serve my community. In 2007, I started searching for a domain that would keep me connected to the healthcare ecosystem, help me retain my clinical knowledge and at the same time improve healthcare in my society.
After an intensive search, I found the CPHQ certificate in Healthcare Quality to be exactly what I was looking for. It took me a while before I could really understand everything and I had to start with a diploma in Total Quality Managament from the AUC and then pursue CPHQ certification. I have now been training healthcare professionals around the world for 5 years.
My mission is to Improve healthcare facilities in a way that increases the quality and safety of care provided and to decrease the cost on both the organizations and the patients.
This website is designed to help healthcare professionals improve their knowledge and skills by attaining the latest certificates in the healthcare field.
