Course Description:
Exercises to increase shoulder strength, mobility and stability are necessary for competitive and recreational athletes. Shoulder injuries in sports are common. This program contains a review of the anatomy and physiology of the shoulder complex. The two-hour class details exercise to prevent and rehabilitate shoulder injuries. The class describes in-depth patient education strategies for the prevention and rehabilitation of shoulder conditions.
